For used car managers, AutotelexPRO offers the Valuation Management Console (TMC). This provides a clear overview of the valuations performed within a single location or across the entire dealership group. Both internal and external offers can be submitted to the seller.
In the TMC, you can also specify the vehicle’s destination. If you assign the vehicle to a dealership, the dealer will automatically be notified via email. You can also assign the vehicle to an auction house so it can be included in the auction. Additionally, you can, of course, assign the vehicle to one of your own locations. This fully automated process also includes the option to send email and push notifications to the central administration and the seller. The business partner receives a payment link to complete the entire transaction, including shipping options.
In addition to viewing and submitting bids and determining the destination, you can access a variety of reports in the TMC. How many vehicles are still waiting for a bid? How many have been traded in and are still waiting for a destination? Which ones, unfortunately, have not been traded in? And for what reason? All in all, this is highly relevant information for the (used car) manager at the dealership.
