Professional overview
For used-car managers, we offer the Valuation Management Console (TMC) in AutotelexPRO. This provides a clear overview of all valuations carried out within a branch or across the entire dealer group. Internal and external bids can be submitted to the seller.
Automated processes
In the TMC, you can also define the destination of a vehicle. If you assign the car a trade destination, the trader is automatically notified by email. You can also assign the vehicle to an auction house so it can be included in an auction. Additionally, you can allocate the vehicle to one of your own branches. This fully automated process also includes sending email and push notifications to the central administration and the seller. The trading partner receives a payment link to complete the entire transaction, including transport options.
Relevant reporting
In addition to viewing and placing bids and defining vehicle destinations, the TMC provides access to various reports. How many vehicles are still waiting for a bid? How many have been traded in and are awaiting a destination? Which ones were not traded in—and for what reason? All in all, highly relevant information for the used-car manager of a dealership.
Via our API, visitors can submit their car for a trade-in valuation on your website simply by entering the license plate number. In addition to being an extra service for (potential) customers, the trade-in tool also generates valuable leads. All trade-in valuations, including customer details and “interest in” information, are automatically created in AutotelexPRO.
